Meet Amy

Hi, I’m Amy — a Charleston-based real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur with a passion for creating spaces that work just as beautifully as they live.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve renovated, staged, and managed dozens of homes — from personal residences to high-performing rental properties. My background blends hands-on experience in design and construction with deep knowledge of the local market, smart investment strategy, and long-term financial planning.

I believe real estate is most powerful when it’s personal. Whether I’m helping a family find the right home, managing a renovation, or building a new business from the ground up, I approach each project with care, clarity, and attention to detail. I’m also an active member of Charleston’s real estate community and currently serve as Treasurer of the Charleston Top Producers Club.

 

Beyond real estate, I’ve launched several ventures across hospitality, home services, and operations — each one grounded in strong systems, great people, and a commitment to quality. At the heart of it all: a love for building things that last.

 

When I’m not deep in a project or walking a property, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two young kids, planning our next family adventure, or advocating for thoughtful growth and infrastructure in our community.
