All About Amy

Amy launched her career at just 14 years old in her father's restaurant, igniting a lifelong dedication to her ventures. A proud graduate of the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Amy moved to Charleston in 2006. Her journey took her around the world, from volunteering on an American military base in Italy, to managing operations for a CEO in Northern Virginia and empowering thousands of veterans through the nonprofit, Hire Our Heroes.

In 2011, Amy and her husband Tim discovered their shared passion for real estate. Together, they've tackled numerous projects, with Tim sourcing deals and Amy turning them into successes. Over 14 years, Amy has honed her expertise in property renovations and management, including her own rentals and AirBNBs.

After four years in Italy and adventures abroad, the couple settled back in the Lowcountry in 2019, welcomed their sons Fitz & Oli, and in 2020, Amy decided to focus fully on real estate. With deep knowledge of the local market and a robust network, Amy is dedicated to finding perfect homes and business solutions for all clients. She is eager to continue her successful real estate journey, fueled by passion and experience.
