Meet Amy

Amy’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 14 years old working in her father’s restaurant where she discovered her passion for business and hard work. In 2004, she made Charleston her home and later graduated from the College of Charleston’s School of Business with a B.S. . Her diverse career path has taken her across the globe—from volunteering on a U.S. military base in Italy, to managing operations for a CEO in Northern Virginia, and ultimately empowering thousands of veterans through the nonprofit organization Hire Our Heroes.

In 2011, Amy and her husband, Tim, uncovered a shared enthusiasm for real estate. Together, they’ve taken on numerous projects, with Amy spearheading acquisitions and design, while Tim brings her creative visions to life. Over the years, she has built a wealth of experience in property renovation, management, and short-term rentals, including her own Airbnbs and investment properties.

After four years of living in Italy and traveling abroad, Amy and Tim returned to the Lowcountry in 2019. They welcomed their two sons, Fitz and Oli, and by 2020, Amy made the decision to focus exclusively on real estate. With an in-depth understanding of the local market and a well-established network, she is committed to helping clients find the perfect homes and business opportunities.

In 2024, after four years of active membership, Amy accepted her first board position and now serves as Treasurer of the Charleston Top Producers Club, a role she embraces with enthusiasm and dedication. As she continues her real estate journey, Amy remains driven by passion, a deep connection to the community, and a wealth of hands-on experience.
