Meet Amy

Amy’s career has taken her across the globe and through a wide range of experiences that shape her dynamic approach to real estate. She moved to Charleston in 2004 and later earned a B.S. from the College of Charleston’s School of Business.

Her career included volunteering on a U.S. military base in Italy and later managing five successful businesses for a Northern Virginia entrepreneur—culminating in the full-price sale of one of those companies under her leadership. She then went on to empower thousands of veterans through her work with the nonprofit Hire Our Heroes.

In 2011, Amy and her husband, Tim, discovered a shared passion for real estate. She leads their efforts in property acquisition, design, and staging, while Tim brings her vision to life through construction. Together, they’ve built a strong rental portfolio and managed multiple short-term and long-term investments, including their own Airbnbs.

After living abroad in Italy for four years, Amy and Tim returned to Charleston in 2019 and are now raising their two sons, Fitz and Oli. In 2020, Amy transitioned to full-time real estate, specializing in investment properties, renovations, staging, and relocations. With deep local knowledge and a trusted network, she is known for helping clients find not just houses—but opportunities.

In 2024, Amy joined the board of the Charleston Top Producers Club and currently serves as Treasurer. She brings passion, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to every deal.
