Entire home in Emerald Isle NC. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens / living rooms / dining rooms / laundry areas. Amazing spot for large groups or families. Steps to the beach with beach chairs and towels provided. Everything you need is here and waiting for you to come relax.
Carolina North Side
North Side in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, United States 8 guests - 3 bedrooms - 4 beds - 2 baths North side of duplex updates: new kitchen, drywall throughout main areas, paint, deck with gate, ceiling fans and smooth ceilings :) 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 king bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 queen-over-queen bunkbed plus a pack n play & a twin "chair/bed" (can be put under bunkbed - NO DOGS ON IT PLEASE) *Linens and towels are provided along with beach chairs & 8 beach towels. Walking distance to movies, grocery store, put-put golf, water park, go karts and everything fun The space Ocean view with large deck & ample parking! Only dogs allowed and 2 dogs maximum. NO CATS. Please inform me if you will be bringing any pets upon booking request. Exterior camera in carport. Guest access You will have access to half the duplex and half the driveway. Each side is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire home is available for rent as well through my other listings. Other things to note Sheets and towels will be at the property & beds are already made. WiFi must never be turned off. North Carolina Law prohibits grilling on the decks and balconies of rental properties. Grilling is permitted only on concrete surfaces away from wooded areas or structures. If we provide a grill, the guest is responsible for the cleaning. All rooms have Smart TV's & no cable so you can log into your preferred streaming app and watch TV. Top bunks rated for 400 pounds resting weight so no bouncing around please. Please rinse sand off outside under the stairs to help keep the shower drains flowing free of sand. Island homes are all on septic systems and nobody wants those drains clogged:)

Carolina south in Emerald Isle, NC is the oceanside of the duplex and can accommodate 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen off the living room. Separate dining seats 8 and you're just steps to the beach! South side of duplex updates: new kitchen, new deck with gate, new ceilings throughout, new drywall throughout main areas, freshly painted, ceiling fans added, new lighting. Your home away from home - 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 bedrooms with a King Bed , 1 with a Queen Bed and 1 with a bunkbed and a queen. Walking distance to movies, shopping, grocery store, put-put golf, water park & go karts!! The space MONTHLY DISCOUNTS - Just ask! Ocean view with large deck & ample parking! Charleston, SC House
Entire home in Charleston, South Carolina, United States 8 guests - 4 bedrooms - 4 baths Bring the whole family with lots of room for fun. Four bedroom four full bathroom house in West Ashley inside I 526. Completely remodeled! All bedrooms have kings. 3 walk-in shower bathrooms & 1 bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. 10 minutes downtown, 20 minutes to Folly Beach. All bedrooms have king beds, pack n play available upon request. Parking for 4+ vehicles. Fenced in back yard, small dogs welcome. 1 block away is a beautiful new playground / CHS's only food forest. The space 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The primary bedroom & one of the guest rooms has room for a crib or pack and play which can be delivered upon request. The garage is not for guest use. Guest access There are roughly 4 steps to get into the house and the main three bedrooms and three bathrooms are on that level. The additional bedroom and bathroom are down three steps from the inside of the house. The garage is not for guest use and there is a video camera inside there as well as on the outside on the front of the house. Other things to note There is a spotlight video camera on the front of the house that views the front area and street. There is also a video camera inside the garage as that area is not for guest use and it is a private space. WiFi must never be turned off. Thermostat must never be disconnected from WiFi.
